Who we are
Coveniti Ltd (“Coveniti”, “we”, “us”) is a software company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hello@coveniti.com.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We set nothing on your device, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used — how many pages are viewed, which pages are read, and which sites people arrive from. It is a privacy-friendly, cookieless service: it stores nothing on your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not assign you a persistent identifier.
To count visits without identifying anyone, the service derives a temporary, irreversible hash from technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. That hash is discarded and regenerated daily, so visits cannot be linked back to you or followed across days. We see aggregate figures only — never anything that identifies you individually.
The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used so that we can improve it. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, this processing does not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. If you would prefer not to be counted, most browsers and privacy extensions can block the script, and doing so does not affect the site.
Hosting
Our hosting provider processes standard server request data — including IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for the purposes of serving the site, security and abuse prevention. This is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functioning and secure website.
If you email us
If you contact us at the address above, we process the personal data contained in your message — typically your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us — in order to respond to you and to maintain a record of the correspondence. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
We keep enquiry correspondence for no longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and delete it when it is no longer relevant to an ongoing or prospective relationship.
Our products
Coveniti's products are currently in development and are not available through this website. This policy covers coveniti.com only. Each product will publish its own privacy information covering the data it processes before it becomes available.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@coveniti.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
International transfers
Our hosting and analytics are both provided by Vercel Inc., which is based in the United States. Where they or our email provider process data outside the United Kingdom, that processing is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
Changes
We will update this page if our processing changes — in particular when our products launch. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
